Everything we do at Africa Business School is ran by our strong attachment to things and values we love. We think life doesn’t deserve to be lived mildly!
Developing such a project takes both confidence and courage. Our willingness to take risks and act innovatively reflects in both the educational content and community we are building!
Psychologists define resilience as the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, change, threats or significant sources of stress. As much as resilience involves “bouncing back” from these difficult experiences, we do believe it also involves profound personal growth and this is what we are aiming to develop in our educational programs.
Our Business School reflects the diversity of not only the African Continent but also of the globalized world we live in!
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. To develop mindfulness among our students and community means for us to wake up to the inner workings of our mental, emotional, and physical processes.
