Eligibility Requirements

Professional experience

A minimum of 5 years professional experience and at least 3 years in a management role in charge of teams and/or projects.

These experiences and perspectives provide not only the foundation and context necessary for this program butare also an important element for effective transfer of learning between an incredibly talented group of peers in a collaborative environment.

Employer Sponsorship

All applicants must have the written endorsement of their organization, confirming that the organization supports the application and understands the time commitments required to fulfill all class attendance and study. The employer’s sponsorship might be financial as well but this is not a requirement.

Language proficiency in English

Candidates will need to prove a proficient level of English to take ABS’s Executive MBA as all our programs are conducted in English.

Non-native English speakers who have not worked, trained or studied in English for an extended period of time may be asked to provide an English language certification.

We recommend at least:

  • TOEFL – 100, with no element below 25
  • IELTS – 7.0, with no element below 6.5
Academic records

A sound academic foundation is required for the MBA program. The applicant must provide official transcripts from the last accredited degree program attended.

There are no specific recommendations in terms of minimum scores but we expect our prospective students to show serious academic achievements.

Official transcripts must be in French or English, or translated into one of these languages by a sworn translator.

Note: Although the GMAT test is not a general admission requirement, applicants may consider taking the test should they feel their school transcripts do not adequately represent their academic abilities.

Personal statement

In 800 words, candidates should discuss their academic and professional achievements and career goals, and how they see the MBA program will help them achieve these goals.

Admission test

Although GMAT is not a requirement for admission to the Executive MBA, students will need to take the test before graduating.


Two reference letters are required from prospective students. One of them should be coming from their direct supervisor. The other one should be coming from a close peer or collaborator that is able to assess their strengths and weaknesses objectively. With a maximum of 1,000 words, these letters should include a thorough assessment of the applicant’s leadership potential, professional performance, skills, and details on their role regarding some projects where their contribution had a significant impact.

Introductory video

To introduce themselves and their academic and professional background, and explain why they think they should be admitted to our MBA program, applicants may submit a short motivational video in English (no more than 2 minutes).

Application fee

An application fee of 500 MAD is required and covers expenses for processing the application record.
