In the afternoon\, he delved into the intriguing phenomenon of age homogeneity in executive suites during CEO succession events\, presenting findings from his research on S&P500 companies. His analysis revealed that despite opportunities for demographic change\, executive teams are becoming older\, with age profiles being reproduced to reduce social uncertainty during transitions. This visit not only enriched attendees’ understanding but also offered actionable strategies for their academic and professional advancement.
