BIOGRAPHY

Kofi Osei-Frimpong holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK. Prior to joining ABS, Kofi was an Associate Professor of Marketing and Deputy Director of Research and Consultancy at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). He also served as Coordinator of Doctoral Studies at UPSA. He has also served as Coordinator of Postgraduate programs at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He is also a Research Fellow at the Vlerick Business School, Belgium. Kofi has 10 years experience in higher education and combines research and teaching. He has also regularly presented competitive papers at reputable international service research and Marketing conferences in several countries. In addition to consulting for firms in the area of marketing, strategic business planning, and management strategies, Kofi develops and runs business workshops for middle and senior managers in various industry sectors ranging from the regulatory agencies, services firms, and manufacturing companies.

Kofi Osei-Frimpong is a marketing scholar and consultant. Kofi has six years industrial experience as a marketing practitioner. He also leads the distribution chain management of the Chartered Institute of Supply Chain Management, Ghana, and leads stakeholder engagements. His interests are focused within the services domain around the complementary concepts of value co-creation (particularly in healthcare service delivery), customer engagement, service design, and customer experience. I interact/engage with managers and provide industry players with innovative marketing strategies to contribute to their transformation and competitiveness.
