Amine Belemlihi

Director of the LTA Center of Excellence (Leading Transformations in Africa) and an Assistant Professor in Organization & Leadership. Senior Lecturer at Dauphine PSL University in Paris, specializing in Systems Thinking and Transformational Leadership.

With a hybrid profile as a Scholar-Practitioner—combining roles as an international consultant and executive coach—Amine has developed expertise in the field of complex transformations across Morocco, Africa, and Europe. His work spans public, private, and civil society organizations, as well as public action ecosystems (including local authorities, government agencies, and international donors).
