The objective of ABS Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) is to give African business leaders the means to contribute to enhancing managerial theories and practices by drawing from their experience and insights.
In doing so, the DBA contributes directly to the effectiveness of African organizations by providing them with new frameworks of action based on the realities of the African continent.

ABS Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) welcomes managers from private and public organizations who have a minimum of 15 years of postgraduate work experience including 5 years at a managerial level.

Upon completion of the program, participants will have developed research expertise enabling them to contribute to the enhancement of interdisciplinary management in Africa. They will be able to design and implement innovative solutions to business problems and opportunities.

Admission Requirements

bullet 15 years of postgraduate work experience including 5 years at a managerial level

Selection of the Candidates

bullet  Screening of the DBA projects and motivation letters,

bullet  Interview with the selection board (10’ presentation, 20’ discussion)

Eligibility

A master’s degree from an institution recognized by the University and the Ministry of Education.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Have experience in carrying out research independently.
