Permanent Faculty
To be competitive candidates will exhibit a strong desire to contribute to the development of an emerging school. Priority will be given to candidates with a demonstrated ability to design innovative, relevant, and ambitious research and academic projects. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of working at the across different disciplines. Interdisciplinary research is core at UM6P.
The philosophy of ABS is to alleviate many of the typical constraints that limit academic research, particularly in developing countries. We value rigorous research. Significant financial resources and personnel support will be provided to successful candidates. Specifically, ABS offers unique opportunities for in-depth, collaborative partnerships with prestigious international universities, and with the largest corporation in Morocco (OCP).

ABS has collaborative partnerships with prestigious international universities, and with the largest corporation in Morocco (OCP) Founded in 1920 to mine phosphate in Morocco, and spanning, now, across the entire cycle of plant nutrition. The aim of ABS is to alleviate many of the typical constraints that limit academic research, particularly in developing countries.
ABS offers affiliate professors financial and personal support to achieve academic and research objectives in the best conditions ABS offers a wide range of open programs including degrees, certificates and doctoral programs with innovative teaching methods and a large campus in Rabat. Our affiliate professors find courses and programs that suit their profiles and expectations. ABS portfolio builds on a strong relationship with OCP, aiming to impact the Moroccan and African ecosystems.
We’re looking for candidates who:
Hold a Doctoral Degree (Ph. D) from an accredited college/university.
Expect to demonstrate a commitment to research, and teaching in management (e.g., Finance, Entrepreneurship, Business analytics, Artificial Intelligence).
Experienced in researching in one or more of the areas listed with a record of recent publications (i.e.FNEGE, ABS or ABCD Ranking) or other intellectual contributions (i.e., books, case studies).
Flexible to work on interdisciplinary research topics.
Have high evaluations from students in previous university roles as teachers.
Are able to interface with students, faculty, staff, and community members with tact and clarity.
