Supply Chain management: a growing leverage for business success

Top managers identify supply chain management as a key for successfully executing their business plan and gaining competitive advantage. Following the pandemic, all companies recognize the importance of designing and implementing agile, resilient and sustainable plans A wealth of technical solutions are available to reach those objectives in nowadays volatile and complex world.
The role of the supply chain manager is essential to support top management decisions to select and measure the results of the most appropriate solutions. The program aims at providing to those managers with the necessary competencies to enable them to effectively face those challenges.

    Program Highlights

The program consists of 5 modules, participants follow them on demand and get certificates. To get the degree by UM6P – ABS – Kedge Business School, the participants have to pass the 5 modules and successfully submit a professional thesis. Adopting the UM6P’s model “Learning by Doing”, combining theory and practice. The program also includes meeting with professionals of the field, visits to platforms, etc.

Walid KLIBI

Walid Klibi obtained his Ph.D. in Supply Chain Design at Laval University’s Business School in Canada, in 2009 and holds since 2020 a habilitation degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Bordeaux in France. Since 2011 he has been, a professor of Supply Chain & Operations Management at KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux, France. He is involved in teaching activities at KEDGE, especially with the ISLI master programs and the Program Grande Ecole, and with partner universities in Europe and Africa. He is also invited to run executive trainings with private organizations and has co-authored a book titled, “The Design of Value Creating Supply Chain Networks” intended for an academic and professional audience. 

Michel Fender

Michel Fender holds a Doctorate in Economics and Social Sciences from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and is an adjunct professor at HEC Paris and is Dean of Research and Faculty Affairs at the Africa Business School. Previously, he was Associate Dean for Executive Education at ESSEC as well as President of the Industrial Engineering Department and Professor at Ecole des Ponts ParisTech.
For 30 years, he has been combining consulting and teaching to promote the transformation of people and organizations in the fields of value chain, operations and supply chain management. 

Application Requirements

bullet Candidates must hold a 4-5-year higher education qualification:Including a Master / or Bachelor with 3 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics or relevant field.

bullet B2/Upper intermediate English proficiency level is required to apply for the program.

delivered by Kedge Business School, accredited by the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles Françaises and Executive Master in Supply Chain Management delivered by UM6P/ABS for those, who complete the full requirements.

A certificate for the participants, who follow just a a module.
*To get the Master degree, the participants have to sucessfully complete 5 modules + the professional thesis.
