Program Objectives :
Coach & Team is an advanced training designed to prepare future coaches to manage complexity. A real journey of personal transformation, it allows participants :
Integrate the coaching approach into their work as consultants, trainers, and counselling professionals.
Understand the interdependence of the disciplines that form the basis of learning the helping relationship.
Develop a know-how and an attitude.
Acquire the essential reflexes to establish a coaching relationship that guarantees the development of a manager or a work team without damage.
Theoretical presentations allowing the participants to acquire the Coach & Team corpus.
Individual coaching training according to different pedagogical processes:
In triads (a coach, a client, an observer who gives feedback).
In a large group (a coach, a client and a teacher who gives feedback after group debriefing).
In a double order (a coach, a client and a teacher who gives feedback to the coach during the session).
Teaching and training in the Team-Building processes of the Coach&Team corpus:
Daily practice in the inclusion modules (according to Will Schutz’s definition in the Human Element).
Practice of group regulation.
Practice and debriefing of analogical team building games.
Continuous theorization of the group dynamics experienced by the Coach&Team class
Teaching and training in the process of building a vision and putting an organization’s collective intelligence into practice :
Implementation of a complex pedagogical process based on the development of Collective Intelligence of the class around different works in small groups, project groups, peer groups, team of coaches.
Prospective work in larges groups and sub-groups on the future of the coaching profession and on the major trends of all kinds that will influence the profession in the medium and long term.
Coach & Team certification
Training and participation for each trainee in the Coach & Team certification process by practicing consecutively the 5 roles of: candidate, jury president, jury, coach and client.
The recruitment process is a two-step process:
Attending the training pilot which lasts two days, and allows our teams to observe future enrollees.
An individual interview to confirm the compatibility of the training and the candidate.
Career opportunities :
At the end of the training, participants can work on an individual (Coaching), corporate (Team Building) and organizational (Organization Development) levels and several career options are available to them:
Continue to grow within the organization they are a part of, either by staying in their existing job or by taking new responsibilities that are aligned with their newly gained talents.
Work in the private sector and open their own coaching practice, which can lead to the following titles
