BIOGRAPHY

Amine Ben Amar holds a Doctorate in Economics from Paris-Dauphine University and is an Associate Professor in Finance at Africa Business School. He has a strong teaching background spread between France, China, Tunisia and Morocco, and he has taught several courses (among others: Financial Markets, Econometrics, Banking economics, Corporate Finance Theory, …) for different levels. His recent research focuses on commodity markets, climate change, diversification & hedging strategies, and monetary policy transmission channels in oil-based countries. Amine’s academic papers has appeared in top-tier journals, such as International Review of Financial Analysis, Finance Research Letters, International Journal of Finance and Economics, Journal of Environmental Management, Applied Economics Letters, and Pacific-Basin Finance Journal.
