Description
The Executive Certificate Business Performance Management, developed in partnership with HEC Paris, is designed for international managers who wish to understand better a key process for the company, that of performance management in all its facets and for all sizes of companies. In addition to the financial dimension of performance, we address the extra-financial aspects by looking at ESG criteria, impact measurement, and risk management.
Upon completion of the program, you will be able to :
