Beyond participants received degrees certifying their completion of the Beyond talent development program.  The graduation ceremony commemorated the achievement of 50 students from around OCP Group landscape in completing the Executive Program.  The graduation ceremony took place at ABS campus in Irfane Rabat, and included remarks by guest speaker Mrs. Yasmina Lamtiri, Mr Abdelaziz El Melah, Mr Jalal Charaf, and Mr Samsam Taoufik.  As the programme seeks to build capacity within the group and its ecosystem towards implementing sustainable development practices and far-reaching industrial transformation, it does so in a manner adapted to the reality on the ground.  The program’s core curriculum focuses on enhancing leadership capacity and analytical skills and implementing industrial DNA to enhance organizational effectiveness.
