Africa Business School was pleased to have invited attendees on March 9th to a conference around finance and insurance, which was hosted by Mr. George Guillaume, a certified actuary from the French Institute of Actuaries. The conference was titled “Predicting the future: is the Actuary profession being transformed by Data Science?” and delved into the impact of data science on the work of actuaries. This was a unique opportunity to learn about the latest trends and innovations in the field. Attendees had the opportunity to meet actuarial experts and become familiar with the latest advancements in the field of data science. Registrations were open and attendees were able to sign up to participate in this event.
