Axelle has taught courses allowing graduate students and executives to think in
new ways about leadership, innovation and social change in several institutions,
including the Harvard Graduate School of Education, the Watson Institute at
Brown University, the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, the Birmingham
Leadership Institute, the Instituto de Empresa Business School in Madrid, the African
Development University in Niger. She also teaches workshops for organizations
such as UNICEF, the Paris Peace Forum, the Young Southeast Asian Leaders
Initiative or the Albert Einstein Medical School of Sao Paulo. She is recognized for
her capacity to create non-traditional spaces for conversations about leadership
and risk taking where people are oered to challenge themselves and unlock their
leadership potential.
