Axelle Bagot

Axelle Bagot’s work focuses on the exercise of leadership and social transformation in complex and challenging systems. As a professor, an executive coach and an organizational consultant, she combines insights from sociology, system dynamics, psychology and philosophy to create spaces in which people can expand their capacity for diagnosing and transforming themselves and larger structures. Axelle began her work in this area by advising elected ocials, policy makers and diplomats in her ten-year career in public service, working at the French Embassy in Syria, the Paris City Hall Department of International Relations and the City Hall of Chelsea, Massachusetts. In 2018, she co-founded her consulting rm, Leadership Lab International, which brings together researchers, leadership practitioners, and executive coaches to achieve human centered, strategic and sustainable organizational transformation.
