Ruud Kronenburg

Ruud Kronenburg has joined Africa Business School as an Aliate Professor. Holder of a doctorate from an accredited school, Ruud has a special prole, having spent a large part of his career in industry, notably as Dean of “Caterpillar University”. He teaches courses in the led of international negotiation, in English. He also contributes to research in his led (the link between the skills of sales teams – customer loyalty in B to B). His expertise and his habit of working with business leaders may lead him to intervene in continuing education and in international conferences. Ruud obtained his doctorate from Grenoble Ecole de Management with research project “Sales skills”. His doctoral tutor was none other than Benoit Aubert, Permanent Professor of Marketing and Head of Academic Aairs at the Africa Business School.
