BIOGRAPHY

Karina R. Jensen is a Full Professor in Organizational Behavior, Leadership and Innovation at Africa Business School. She is an international management consultant, change facilitator, and educator with 25+ years of experience in launching and leading global innovation and education initiatives. She previously served as a Professor of Practice in Global Innovation and Leadership as well as a Co-Founder and Practice Director at the Centre for Leadership and Effective Organisations at NEOMA Business School. She serves on the Educational Excellence and Innovation Advisory Board as a Distinguished Professor at Woxsen University in India. As an educator and researcher with expertise in global innovation, leadership, and multicultural collaboration, Dr. Jensen has delivered presentations, workshops, and courses for organizations and universities/business schools located in Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East, North and South America. She holds a PhD from ESCP Business School, a Doctorate from CNAM, and a MSc from Ecole des Ponts Business School in France.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCES

Dr. Jensen has held corporate, consulting, and academic roles throughout her  international career. She ensured organizational readiness and strategic alignment for  the introduction of global programs, products and services for leading multinational  firms such as Adobe, NEC, and Symantec. As the Founder and Executive Director of  Global Minds Network, an international advisory specializing in global readiness  solutions, she has helped corporate clients collaborate and innovate for international  impact. She co-founded and co-leads the Innovation Leadership Special Interest  Group at ISPIM (International Society for Professional Innovation Management)  dedicated to education, research, and practice in leadership development. In order  to accelerate social entrepreneurship education for youth in developing economies,  she founded the non-profit organization MICollaboratory.org
