BIOGRAPHY

Leonardo Liberman is a Licentiate Professional Psychologist and holds a Ph.D. from Stockholm University. Early in his career, Leonardo Liberman worked as the Human Resource Manager for two international companies. After nishing his doctoral studies, he worked for the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) as the Director of the International Graduate Program in Business, Economics and Finance. Later he joined the School of Management of Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Australia, and he was the Director of the international MBA at the School of Business of Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (UAI). Leonardo Liberman also worked as an Associate Professor at School of Economics and Business of Universidad de los Andes and he has served as industry consultant and coach for local and international companies. He is the founder of the Latino-American Chapter of the Academy of International Business (AIBLAT), the editor of the AIBLAT book series, editorial member of the Management International Review and country representative of CRANET (Craneld Network on International Human Resource Management). His research revolves around management and organization, from both international and local perspectives. He is particularly interested in management within multinational enterprises and how individual, group and organizational management behavior and performance varies across countries.

and research-based knowledge about human behavior and performance in
organizations across countries. He has broad international experience working with
business management students and executives from around the world and he has
developed and taught courses at executive, master and undergraduate levels while
working for the Stockholm School of Economics, Queensland University of Technology,
Universidad Adolfo Ibanez and Universidad de los Andes in Chile. He delivers
courses and conferences in the eld of Cross-cultural Management, Organizational
Development, International Human Resources Management, People Management,
Organizational Behavior, and Leadership.
