We position ABS as a collective African-based knowledge factory to improve decision-making and collective action in existing and emerging organizations;

We support and strengthen the linkage between Research, Advisory and Learning (RAL) especially in order to translate research into practice and drive organizational transformation;

At ABS, our research aims to better understand what is at stake in management, and organizational practices in Morocco and Africa, and contribute to their continuous and radical improvement;

We promote diverse ways of approaching research, both in its goals and its methods, and encourage applied research;

We encourage interdisciplinary academic cooperation.
