Program Description

This certificate offers a strategic approach focused on value creation and value management across various types of organizations (businesses, NGOs, foundations, universities, etc.). Participants will explore foundational concepts of value-based strategy, the dynamics of value networks and value chains, the design and monitoring of value models, and conclude with a practical application in the context of food security in Africa.

Through four progressive modules, learners will gain a deep understanding of value paradigms (trade-off vs fair value), key value indicators (KVIs vs KPIs), and strategic execution levers. The program combines theoretical frameworks, practical tools, and real-world applications tailored to the challenges of agribusiness and supply chains on the African continent.
