Muhammad Malik

Muhammad Malik is an Associate Professor of OB and leadership at ABS. Prior to that, he worked as an Associate Professor of OB and HRM at LUMS University, Pakistan, where he has also worked as Associate Dean (Research). Muhammad earned his PhD in Management from LUMS. Muhammad also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before starting his academic career, he worked in private sector of Pakistan in the areas of Sales, Projects, and Manufacturing for around 9 years. Muhammad is active in both teaching and research. He has taught management and HRM related courses to undergraduate, graduate and post graduate classes. His research has appeared in the top journals of the eld, including Journal of Organizational Behavior and Applied Psychology, among others. He has developed several business case studies for MBA and executive training programs. Muhammad is very active in executive development and has designed and delivered numerous executive development programs for leading national and multinational rms in Pakistan. He has received management and pedagogical trainings from leading institutions such as Harvard University, US, and Ivey business school, Canada. Muhammad has presented his research in several national and international conferences. Travelling, photography and literature take most of his spare time.
