BIOGRAPHY

Siham Lekchiri is joining ABS as an aliate professor. She holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Technology Management with a specialization in Human Resource Development and Industrial Training from Indiana State University. She also hold a master’s degree in HRD from ISU and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al-Akhawayn University. She is a professor of Human Resources at WCU (University of North Carolina System) and was previously a doctoral fellow at Indiana State University. Siham’s research interest is focused on the challenges faced by females in the workforce in male-dominated industries, environments and cultures. Siham’s teaching background includes courses in strategic HRD, Talent Acquisition and Retention, HR Consulting, Coaching for Performance, Research in HR, among others.

BUSINESS EXPERIENCES IN SIMILAR PROGRAMS

Prior to joining academia, Siham was a Human Resource Consultant in Morocco;
she has worked on numerous consulting projects in Morocco, Mali and Senegal.
Siham is still continuing her consulting work within the pro-bono consulting initiative
at WCU, which supports non-prots and small organizations with their HR needs.
